Things to do in Madison for Valentine's Day


Are you planning for Valentine’s Day already? In Madison, there are so many options to choose from, but reservations fill up quickly! Whether you are spending time with a significant other, friends, or family, these restaurants and activities are some of Madison’s best options for a fun-filled evening.


Dinner:

Activities:

  • Sign up for a class at Sur La Table: There are a wide variety of themed classes to choose from! Make sure to book soon because classes fill up quickly. Get excited about learning something new and then get some new supplies for cooking at home in their adorable kitchen goods store.

  • Visit the Madison Makers Winter Market and Pub Crawl: On February 18th, spend the afternoon enjoying each others company and shopping locally! There will be over 70 makers, and some of Madison's best local breweries, distilleries and bars.

  • See a show at The Overture Center: An evening at the Overture Center is a lovely way to experience something fun with those you care about. There are always many shows to choose from, but these are a few options in early February.

  • Enjoy a Warm Cocktail Workshop: On February 14th, learn how to create a variety of warm cocktails from the mixologists at the Graduate hotel, then head to the rooftop to Camp Trippalindee to sit by the fire pits and look over Downtown Madison.


  • Create at Board and Brush: Pick from a variety of workshops. They provide all the supplies and you can also purchase a glass of wine or a cocktail while you create something beautiful for your home! You’ll be guided by an instructor throughout each step in the workshop - sanding, distressing, staining, painting your stencil, and waxing.
