Spring and summer are notoriously busy for real estate, and for good reason. Spring is a great time to list your house! Although the Hansen Home Team has continued to stay busy into the fall, we’re already starting to look ahead to spring with many clients!

From the first time we meet with a client to the time that their property hits the market and goes live normally takes 4 to 5 months. There is a lot that goes into listing a home, and we really like to plan ahead and create a schedule so that we know we can move from Point A to Point B as smoothly as possible.

The market and its dynamics have changed quite a bit as we’ve transitioned into the colder months. There is still plenty of inventory but fewer buyers than in the spring, so in general, your competition is lower than you might find at any other time of year.
